I'm Stuart — boxing coach and founder of Unleashed, based at Darkside Boxing in Sydney.

I came to coaching after 7 years as a high school teacher. I loved education, but I kept seeing something boxing could offer that a classroom couldn't - A way to build genuine confidence through challenge, discipline, and real physical progress.

I've been boxing for over 10 years, trained alongside and coached professional athletes, worked with complete beginners, and coached everyone in between. I believe boxing's biggest gift isn't the punch — it's what it does to the person throwing it.
